Cue Card Model Answer With Band 8 Vocabulary
Cue Card | Talk about a job that you would not like to do | With Band 8 Vocabulary
IELTS Cue Card Sample Answer: Talk about a job that you would not like to do.
From my
schooldays, I wanted to be a doctor. This was not in my destiny and yet wanted
o be in the service industry. I chose to be an English trainer. There were many
jobs which I was offered based on my qualification, but I was unwilling to
choose the same. One job I still do not desire to be in is the marketing
sector.
To be a
sales executive, one needs to be smart and extremely good in communication. I
do possess both, however, I do not fancy a marketing job as it involves a lot of
patience, customer service skills, and also convincing skills. I would hear
about sales and marketing from my childhood days as my father was in this field
and I would see his struggle to convince the customers and rack his brains in
doing so. There would be many a time when he would return dog-tired. This would
take a toll on his health at times. That was when I decided that sales would
never be my cup of tea. Seeing my father struggle, made it easy for me not to
get employed as a sales executive. I do not regret this at any point in time. I
am quite happy as an English trainer. I believe that we should never choose a
job that may satisfy us monetarily but not giving us any job satisfaction.
