This is a formal letter and is based on information at work. You will be starting the letter with Dear Sir, and ending with yours faithfully.
Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to ask you for more input about the presentation I have been assigned for the forthcoming internal training session. I would like to understand the importance and the benefit of this presentation, so I could deliver my best. To begin with, I would like you to furnish me with some details related to the title of the discussion. Please highlight a couple of options for the presentation keeping in mind the advantage of conducting the same and its benefits to the company. Observing the loopholes of poor sales, I think we can present and train on marketing techniques that would benefit both the marketing team and the company. In continuation, I would like to add that the presentation on marketing techniques and the rebuttals one can use while pitching the sales target to reach the deadlines and targets assigned on time. Last but not the least, I would like to put it across to you that for the presentation preparation, I want you to furnish me with some data about the sales turnover in the past 5 months and the attrition in sales and the number of employees who have resigned and the frequency, which I can showcase the same in the presentation and explain the cause for high attrition in the sales and how it can be reduced.
